Who we are

Jonathan Bryers and Katie Pattinson are the two partners of 350ip and work with a broad network of associates.  

Jonathan Bryers


Jonathan is the Managing Partner of 350IP, having previously worked at Carbon Trust Investments, Coller Capital, and Flemings Investment Management. Jonathan has over 23 years investment and innovation experience including 20 years venture capital experience and 3 years listed equity analysis experience.  

Whilst at the Carbon Trust, Jonathan established and developed the successful venture capital and business incubator activities supporting a broad range of hardware and software companies through the early stages of development. 350IP invested approximately £60m into over 35 early stage companies on behalf of the European Investment Bank, the European Regional Development Fund and the Carbon Trust. Successfully exited investments included Ceres Power, CMR Fuel Cells, Heliswirl Technologies, Arieso, Marine Current Turbines and PlaceFirst. 

Jonathan holds an MA in Business Studies/French-University of Edinburgh; an MA in Japanese Area Studies from SOAS, London University; and an MSc in Environmental Technology (Energy) from Imperial College, London. Jonathan has been a member of the BVCA’s Energy and Environmental Technology Group 


Katie Pattinson


Katie leads 350ip's work on helping management teams optimise their investment pitches, customer sales presentation and story telling.  

Coming from a professional acting background with over 20 years experience in theatre, film, TV and voiceover (West End theatre, Mission Impossible, Silent Witness, Google) Katie has helped hundreds of individuals with their communication skills, giving them confidence to speak with presence, whilst keeping their audience engaged.  Clients include Sero Technologies, Denham Capital, Econic, Energy Systems Catapult, Imperial College, Rothamsted Research. 

Katie trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and holds an MA in geography from Cambridge University.
